Namita increased the valuation and offered 75 lakhs rupees for 15% equity. Pitchers requested debt so that they could reach another city. And the deal was done with Namita for 75 lakhs rupees in exchange for 15% equity in the company.

The founders of the company are Darshaan Shetty and Mustakeen Sheikh. They were born and brought up in the same place. Mustakeen had done his education at Cardiff University London. Waffles and pancakes are a very common breakfast in London. So, from there, he had the idea of doing something like that.
126 stores of London Bubble Co. were shut down during the lockdown, and they had 30000-kilo atta and 8000-kilo chocolates left in stock. By thinking of being “Atta Majhi Satak Li”, they started the 2.0 of the London Bubble Co. and brought their cafe to the doorstep of every people. Also, it is a brand which brings you the continental at your doorstep.
They have 8 different flavours of spreads and 5 different flavours of waffle chips. They have a website and are available in 4 other cities, 800+ stores and on e-commerce. During the lockdown, when their stores were closed, they contacted a packaging company, and in fifteen days, they started to make their products the daily wage labour. They sold out all their existing stock of atta and chocolates in the form of their end products of pre-mix. Their capacity is 45000 packets per day.

In their last month, the sales were 11 lakhs rupees. The sales were 19 lakhs rupees before the lockdown. They desire to make sales of 10 crore rupees per year. They have invested in automation to increase the production rate.
