The founder wanted something other than loans. They only wanted money by giving equity. That’s why Namita and Amit walked out of the deal. After that, Piyush and Anupam offered him Rs 90 lakh in exchange for 3% equity.
The founder accepted the offer and the deal went to Piyush and Anupam. Solina’s valuation is INR 30 crores.
