Geeani has raised INR 1 crore from shark tank season 2. Aman, Anupam and Vineeta invested in this startup. Pitchers asked ₹75 lakhs for 7.5% equity at the valuation of ₹10 crores. The deal was done with Aman, Anupam and Vineeta for ₹1 crore at 10% equity.
First, Aman gave an offer of ₹75 lakhs for 7.5% equity. Then he revised his offer and joined Anupam and Vineeta for ₹1 crore at 10% equity. Amit gave an offer of ₹1.5 Cr for 20% equity at 7.5 crores valuation, and later he revised it for ₹1 crore at 10% equity.

Prajal has a 20% equity share of the company, and Anitha has 40%. Anitha’s two sons also have 40% equity. Total investment is ₹25 lakhs.
