We present to you the ‘Pushups and Burpees at AMITECH’17, AMITY University’ challenge!
AMITECH’17 is bringing one such event to all of you i.e. PUSHUPS AND BURPEES. Pushups are for boys and squats or burpees are for girls. This event aims to test your physical strength along with your mental toughness. Being able to outlast your opponents will require some advanced preparation and regular exercise routine. Such exercises are an awesome, calorie burning, strength building, and full body exercise.
