We are pleased to inform you that Amity School of Engineering and Technology, New Delhi is organizing its techno-cultural festival “AMITECH’17’’ on 31 March and 1 April 2017.
This year AMITECH’17 is going to be a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious celebration. It provides a great platform to youth to flaunt their potential talents. It brings together the creativity, intellect, and wackiness of the youth. Students from all other colleges are warmly invited to participate in various programs like solo dance, the battle of bands, fashion show and much more.
AMITECH’17 is bringing one such great event to all of you i.e. KAALAKARI. It is locally known as NUKKAD NATAK and is India’s most ancient form of entertainment. Since time immemorial, people gathered around street performers at the street corner. It is one of the most effective ways to deliver a social message. Actors perform before a live audience and get instantaneous responses.
Terms & Conditions for Applying in KAALAKARI/NUKKAD NATAK at AMITECH’17, AMITY University:
- This is a group event.
- Each team consisting of more than 3 members.
- Maximum time limit allocated will be 20 minutes.
- Use of fire, water, smoke matches on stage or in close proximity of stage is not permitted.
- Teams are free to use any props and the props have to be arranged by the respective teams.
- The winner will be awarded the prize money of 20k.
Transport facility for teams will be available from the Botanical Garden Metro Station, Noida to AMITY University Campus. Participating team will have to submit a short synopsis of their script. The judge’s decision will be final and binding.
