At first, Aman offers 15 lakhs for 5% equity and 60 lakhs debt at 12% interest. But the pitcher’s counter offer was 50 lakhs for 2% equity and 25 lakhs debt at 12% interest. Then Aman offered 50 lakhs for 3% equity and 25 lakhs debt at 12% interest, and the deal was finalized.

The CEO of the company is Sunil Chandra Saha. He is from Kolkata and an MBA graduate in marketing from Pune. The COO of the company is Nitesh Singh. He is from Ahmedabad and is an MBA graduate in rural management.
