How Will SAP India AI Skills Training Prepare Learners for Future Careers?

Learning about AI is soon going to be essential for those entering the world of work. It’s the same for those already in the workforce who want to brush up on their skills. But in addition to being able to understand the theory behind technology, learners also need experience.

By offering SAP India AI skills training, the company hopes to ‘bridge the gap between education and workplace requirements’. Its education and certification courses include AI-enabled business solutions, cloud, data and enterprise technologies.

The training includes:

  • Hands-on learning:

Assisting learners to see how AI and digital technology are being applied in various settings.

  • Industry-relevant skills:

Bridging the gap between education and work.

  • Professional Certifications:

Providing learners with the chance to prove their knowledge with recognised professional certificates.

  • Career advice:

Helping students and early professionals through the transition to work.

  • Workplace skills:

Building technical and communication skills that will prepare students for evolving workplaces.

These can help support AI skills for future jobs by enabling workers to acquire knowledge that is relevant to a more digital workplace.

Partnerships Bolster AI Talent Growth in India

The collaboration between schools, businesses, and government entities is necessary to create the capable workforce of the future. SAP said it intends to broaden its ecosystem to upskill learners from a wide range of segments and geographies. It collaborates with government agencies and skills-development organizations to align training with local demand.

SAP will collaborate with industry partners and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship through the Future Right Skills Network to enhance workplace awareness and ability of AI to vocational learners. Vocational learners at Industrial Training Institutes will be provided basic AI training and industry awareness. The programs also promote broader AI skill development in India, especially among youth who want to build hands-on skills ahead of entering the job market.

Linking Classrooms to Real-World Industry Experiences

Students require much more than academic information about the future of their chosen employment to know what is expected of them by the industry. Industry experience, practical exposure, and professional accreditation can help to bridge the gap.Learners can access these solutions via SAP University Alliances and SAP Learning Hub Student Edition. SAP also brought the SAP Career Readiness Training Programme with PwC India and KIIT Bhubaneswar. It is a structured training programme consisting of SAP-certified education and applicable industry exposure for engineering students. These partnerships demonstrate how one of SAP India’s upskilling initiatives can integrate the skills learned in a class to those needed in a workplace.
